PyxelPlayer does not provide any video content. The application is a player: it displays and plays what comes from the service you subscribe to, using credentials you enter yourself.
We do not sell, resell, host or relay any channel, film or series. We have no connection with the providers whose services you use.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the PyxelPlayer application, published by Pyxelgenius, and of the associated services (account, synchronisation, subscription).
Installing or using the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. What the application does
PyxelPlayer connects to the streaming services whose credentials you provide (Xtream Codes accounts or M3U lists), so that you can browse your catalogue and play your content on your devices.
What this means for you
- You alone are responsible for the services you connect to and for the lawfulness of the content you access.
- You warrant that you hold the rights required to use the credentials you enter.
- The availability, quality and lawfulness of streams depend entirely on your provider, not on us.
3. PyxelPlayer account
An account is required to use the application. It is used to identify your preferences and, if you subscribe, to synchronise your data across your devices.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods confidential. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete my account.
4. Free version and subscription
The application remains usable without a subscription. The free version gives access to the catalogue, playback, the programme guide, reminders, casting to a television, and a limited number of favourites and collections.
What the subscription adds
- unlimited favourites and collections;
- synchronisation across your devices;
- several playlists side by side;
- automatic playback of the next episode;
- intro skipping, on episodes whose timestamps are known;
- downloads and offline playback.
Billing, renewal, cancellation
Subscriptions are sold and billed by your device's store (Google Play or the App Store), or by card on our website through Stripe, for televisions that have no store. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
For a store purchase, management, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store concerned, from your Google Play or App Store account settings. For a card purchase, write to us at contact@pyxelplayer.app: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The "lifetime" offer is a one-time purchase, with no renewal.
What you never lose. An interrupted subscription deletes nothing: your profiles, favourites, progress and downloaded files remain on your device. The free version's limit applies again to new additions, without anything existing being removed.
5. Intro detection
Intro skipping relies on community databases. It only appears on episodes whose timestamps are known, which does not cover every series. This limitation is inherent to the service and is not a defect.
6. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the synchronisation service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Unavailability of our servers does not prevent local use of the application.
We cannot be held liable for the unavailability, content or behaviour of the third-party services you connect to, nor for data loss resulting from uninstalling the application or from a device failure.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed in the application. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
